The Deets…

Hi! I’m Jared. I’m 24. I like design and illustration. I’m selectively obsessive, a bit of a clean freak, and easily excited by geeky stuff. I’m very much a kid at heart and hope I stay that way forever. I get very invested in TV show characters, cry when people’s dreams come true on Oprah, have an unusual soft-spot for Korean POP music, and am forming a small collection of kokeshi dolls. I find happiness in the little things. :) 

Presently…

I’m currently working for the small but extremely talented firm, Plumbheavy Design in Edmonton, Alberta. It’s a great group of passionate and fun people which is really all one could ask for in a job, right? We have a street light and a fire hydrant in the middle of the studio if that’s any indication of things. 

I spend most of my free time doing the same thing I do during my work days. I’m always trying to learn new tricks, discover new sources of inspiration, or realize a hidden talent. Self-improvement can be tiring, but oh so rewarding.
